First off, get to know and make friends with the owners of the clubs in your area. That makes a huge difference on how you're treated by the staff and dancers.

Second, the first time you go in take care of the valet, the doorman, the cashier, the bartender and the cocktail waitress, and make sure they all know you're in the adult biz too.

The word will travel fast you're someone important and they won't try to zap you and you'll get your money's worth.

Then take extra good care of the dancer you like the first time you're with her and treat her with respect. I always like to tip big the first time and it comes back ten fold. If its $30 hand her a $50 and tell her to keep the change.

Once she sees you're not a cheapo and have money, you'll get treated like a king everytime you go in and they'll go the extra mile to put a smile on your face.

I have always considered going to strip clubs a waste of money. If you are going to get a whore, just call one.

in Memphis where I used to live the way it works is the girls have to do a payout to the club ($60/shift at night and $40 in the day)... the manager gets like $10-15/girl (day/night) and the bartender and MC/DJ get $5-10/girl each... when there are 50 girls working a shift this works out to be pretty ok.. plus their base salary..

I think take care of your staff but be strict at the same time and this problem would be eliminated somewhat..
