This one is way up there. I would also have to say having a sense of what you want and how to go about getting it. Folks who have that knowledge will stop only when they have achieved their goals, and then they only take a breather. The inner demon of success will haunt you, push you, and make you work tirelessly.



And your success is completely different than someone else's. Am I a success? Maybe, in the eyes of some. In my own eyes? I have only just begun.
