not something that has happened over night... final nail was when he "western unioned" my $ and had the balls to give us a fake control number and never sent it...

now that is FUCKED

no the fucked thing was when we called him to say there is no $ there he said it might take a bit, we called him again to say umm no western union said there is no money in my name from anyone at all... but then he never answerd his phone.. 2 weeks now of calling and nothing.. amazing eh

what some people do for a quick buck. If he ran into some money issues or blew it on something he could atleast man up and go " Sorry jenn " not " waste your time and embarrse your self and go to western union where i never really sent money and give them this code "

I'm not questioning at all what's he's doing to you darlin' You know that.

However, like I said, I think he may have gotten in over his head and he's doing things now that aren't typical of who he truly is. Many people have done stupid things FOR money or because things have snowballed out of their control. I'm not condoning it, just giving what MAY be his explanation.

I'm not passing judgement until I hear from him myself.

I would certainly understand YOU personally not EVER forgiving him, but many people on this board, both past and present have been given second, third or more chances to become reputable members or our industry.

When I hear his explanation, I'll consider giving him that second chance.

nah more like sorry told ya ccbill would be sending u the cheques, never happend then told ya i fixed it, hired aj to do all the work on the network and never paid him and came up with elaborate excuses why he couldnt pay us...

then he said his isp went down.. but yet we called and its still very active and hes working from home they say...

caught him in so many lies now after talking with people he has done biz with.. if he pulls the health card issue then its bullshit because he played that card and played it well.. no excuse when you know for a FACT he is around and doing stuff not to contact or set things straight..

sad thing is he has used every excuse in the book to date so his so called "explanation" of this would be just another fabricated excuse

Honestly your best bet is to call the local police in his area and explain the situation. You had business dealings, he owes you money from a contract and he is evading payment.
