Which Ethnic Group Rules?

Living in a multiculturism society.Every group has their badass.We have the East Indians,Asian(most grow ops)Russian,and many others.The HA are mostly caucasian.I have to admit the Angels are the tops.They have affiliates worldwide and are basically allowed to run their bizz in the background without too much hassle.
Yes the "Mafia" had their glory,but that was years ago.

No..they just want the land and probably get it with all the oil /mineral rights in the years to come.Not saying they don't deserve it but imagine a Indian president?
