Would you marry a Foreigner for 10k so they can get their papers and be legal ? Do you know anyone that has ever done that ? What are the cons ?

keep in mind now days you must stay married 5 yrs before they are really legal if you divorce before the 5 yrs they can be deported there was a movie called green card about this type of thing but hell if she is hot and gives up da booty id consider 10 grand plus all travel expenses

The law also changed that the foreigner you are marrying has to be in her country,and it takes about 2 years to get her paper work approved to be brought to this country....

When I had my machine shop business my salesmen married a woman for 10K. In fact hes still married to her, after some 30 + years after she got her papers and split.

cons, gotta track the person down if you want to get a divorce, not including that would be bigamy if the person tried getting remarried.

what does that mean? Imean what would that do and if someone is here illegallly they can't get a drivers license anyways lol

I was propositioned by a stripper in Atlanta for this.

Problem is that it takes 3 years before you can divorce and they can keep their citizenship.

Also, the customs department DOES check occasionally. Which means you have to at least appear to live together. Which can be a pain in the ass.
