There are some very goods one in the area of your hotel.

Go to The Esplanade (street name) and you will find pasta (Old Spaghetti House), pub style (think it is Sherlocks) a bit further is the Market Grill and Fish Market.

I bit further north on Front, you can find another good selection. There is a great deli, a wine bar, and more I can't think of right away.

Over by the convention center, there are the typical sports bar kind of places.

Your are in a great part of town. No need to plan, just go and stroll around until you see something that strikes your fancy.

Fred's Not Here,
Big Daddy's
Diner next to the Bovine, can't remember the name of it off the top of my head.

Both in the theater district, avoid the chain places, far too many little places that are just awesome there.

You can get Spaghetti anywhere!!!

Toronto on the esplinade..hit up Finn Mcools Irish pub.. wicked draughts..good pub grub. Next to it is another great location called Bier Market.. one side is pub and a ton of beers busy with after work crowd and wicked food as well they have live music now and then.

Check out the Movinpik Marche in the BCE place, Kit kat or Young Thai.

If you want nicer.. I suggest Al Friscos, Carmens Steak House, Canoe, Jump, Rain, ByMark. way too many favs to list. Call the Royal York hotel and ask for the concierge and they will point in the right direction.

I would definitely like to get together Monday night. and....yes, we are coming up for the gambling convention. It's another good niche for the Duocash payment system.
