We've opened the doors.

There's been a lot of discussion recently about content providers asking for a password to view their site.

So we have done away with this requirement, you can view the catalogue, thumbs and info without registering.

Let's see if it brings in more business or not. We will try it out for a wek or two to see if it works.

I think not, but you prove me wrong. :)

Might even start a competition if you think it's a good idea.

Anyone with comments on the sites are welcome.

Sites are www.videocontentstore.com

www.paulmarkham.com

www.bargainbasementcontent.com

Hey Charly, do you have any softcore glamour style men content?

Or anyone else. Hit me up. [email protected]

Thanks.

Finally a smart move. I might even buy something from you then.

I told you before already, i wanted to pick up severalsets from you but simply didnt because i needed to register first. Im sure a lot of people think the same way.

I only would register if its something really special i want to have and im sure its only that content provider that has it. Since all your stuff is decent but nothing amazing you might lose a lot of business from people who cant be assed to sign up.

good move, why content providers still do this is madness,

content providers, people dont want to sign up just to see if you have got what they want!

Thanks.

Look under "Guys" on both Bargain Basement and Paul Markham, in the "All Content" catagory. Not really "Glamour but thats what we got.

Well lets see how many new people buy aand how many are just surfers.

Mind you if we get a paysite might be excellent for exit traffic. :1orglaugh

Man, what are you worried about, 50 cts in a bw a day?

Those surfers wont buy, true, but you wont lose anything if they surf your site except a few 100 mb's bw a day.

It just opens the doors more for potential buyers like me.

Dont worry about the surfers, worry about the webmasters.

Well I will know in a week if we get any more business, the same or less.

Have decided to let it run for longer and going to pass the some traffic to our clients, we are getting over 2,000 hits a day. Mostly SE traffic or type in from all the samples posted up with our URL on them.

Might be worth something to clients.

Paul Markham 05-14-2004 10:35 PM
