Who can make mascots?
 

I need a cool looking animal mascot for one of my free sites. I have a pretty good idea of what I want, but I still need a creative mind to work with my idea and make it look nice.

Who is really good at making mascots and where can I see their portfolio? I would like something Disneylike, if you know what I mean.
