Fuckin UPS!
 
Bought a suit of armor about two weeks ago. Been waiting in anticipation to add to my collection. It comes today...

After opening the box the fuckin helmet and shoulders are crushed :mad:

Looks like some ass at UPS maced it. This thing isn't even aluminum its steel.

The crate itself was fucked up. Had so many holes that I can see the armor inside :(

I got a computer shipped to me by UPS one time.. it was seriously fucked up as well... big dents in the side and everything.

Funny thing was it still booted up. :1orglaugh

UPS sucks... I closed my account with them in Feb. ( about 4 to 500 $ a month of shipping).
They destroyed a 100 lbs cast iron machine shipped to New Orleans. Ther ewas on each truck a single driver ( 100 fucking pounds).

I raised shit, blasted the insurrance company, threathed to make a site on them, called everey fucking office.... Then I called Public relations ( I am in Canada). The cut me that check :

I know this is after the fact.. but for others.. always inspect the package while the driver is still there, and if it's damaged, either refuse it or make a note on the slip describing the problem

BS.... They deny ALL claims. I have no time to scan all their letters, but the first one said I had not purchased extra insurrance, even if I did so,

Then, I did purchase extra insurrance, but the parcel was badly packaged.

Then, the package was OK, but I had forgotten to put a label saying " more than 70 pounds"....

Insurrance with UPS , just like at black jack, is for dummies ...

Ouch thats going to take a while.

The sad thing is I might get my money back but that Armor survived a bunch of wars and in the end it didn't die in battle but it got murdered by some asswipe from UPS... thats bad irony.
