Passed my California Real Estate Test!!!
I have been working on getting my real estate license and took the test on the 11th. I just found out this morning I passed.

You can earn 3% on selling and 3% with a buyer as well, so a total of 6%. Of that, my broker pays 80% commission. So, if I get a listing for a $1,000,000 home, the comission would be $60k and I would get 80% of that ...$48k.
Some people do discount listing as low as 1% commision on each end, but there is plenty of business at 3% for selling or finding a buyer. Quote:
