Would you pay a premium to purchase a portfolio of sites?
 

If you were presented with an offer to purchase a portfolio of sites that integrated well with your chore business, would you be will willing to pay above its market value (market value as defined in business valuation books) for it? Say the market value of the all the sites in the portfolio is estimated (based on well establish approaches used by professional business valuators) at $50,000, would you be willing to pay $60,000 for it considering its synergy with your sites? Or you would request a discount for the portfolio, say $40,000 to buy everything?

not so easy to say.
when you're talking about 50.000 purchases it's not just something.
if you were sure of it, you wouldve already bought it.
so maybe you should not buy it at all.

So I gather you would pass!
