CCBiLL ?

Hello Everybody!

I've sent email to ccbill sales and support and theres still no reply from them, i've read on ccbill.com the info about how to start, but still dont understand some things, please, anyone who works or worked with ccbill, please advice, or correct me if im wrong:

1. As i understood its better to sign up with ccbilleu and you must not pay $750 + $350 visa fees, right?

2. CCbill is 3rd party billing, i dont need to have my own merchant account to work with them ?

3. to sign up at ccbilleu (if i dont have my own business) i just need to show the proof to VISA that i live in EU, right? or i must have my own business ?

4. Must i send them singed Agreemet via mail ? and how must i show to VISA the proof that i live in VISA EU-region ?

and what exactley means "VISA requires that your business (1) be registered as a VISA sponsored merchant"

Thanks.
