FlashYourRack.com and as a bonus FYR.com


The site is actually generating 70,000 uniques per day.
The revenue on the site is $2,000 - $3000 per month off of banner on the home page and the "google type" ads on the side of home page.

The site could easily be generating $10,000 a month

The seller also forgot to mention to me that FYR.com is included in the sale . This domains traffic is part of that higher #.

Be sure to check the overture and alexa scores on these domains with .com

Value of the site should be based on what it's generating NOW, not on what it "could easily be generating". If it "could easily be generating $10,000 a month" it would be doing so.

A site making 2-3k per month off of 70,000 daily uniques is CLEARLY not monetizing the traffic. It only has 2 ads and no effort on the part of the owner to make that . It would require little work to turn that traffic into cash (IF you know what you are doing).
