can anybody explain which are the laws involved on this matter, I see similarities are in domain names, but not design, so laws apply here? Which ones?

Damn, I feel sorry for whoever buys that domain.
After talking to actorguy it looks like there's quite a lineup of big sites forming.

Not only will nobody trade with that domain but I'd be expecting it to get img src'd about 3 million times a day. Depending on who buys it and what their situation is the hosting bill might be hard to swallow. Not just that but a lot of guys using htaccess are already starting to redirect traffic from the domain. Quite an ugly start for a likely unsuspecting buyer.

In this biz it's good to have friends in high places. Hopefully whoever buys it is smart enough to do some research.

Why did you post a threat like this here? That could only get you (or him) in to more trouble down the road.
