anyone own an LG 4040B DVD Drive?
 

I am about to beat mine with a hammer.

Nero: Knows it exists but wil never allow me to chose it as the recording drive

Alcohol120: Knows it's there, atte,pts to hahahahaha to it, just idles.

BHE (bundled software): See's it perfectly fine and hahahahahas to it fine. However, it's a lame app and i can't do bin/cue with it.

WinCDR: Tell sme it doesn't exist.


Anyone have these kinds of problems?

I have newest atapi drivers and firmware. it worked when i first got it under winxp. Under 2k is when problems started.
