YNOT Radio Officially Launches!

The Adult Webmaster Radio Teams Up With New Management Company Bringing Listeners And Advertisers The Best Radio On The Web

May 12, 2004 -- Adult Webmaster radio is finally delivering what the listeners and advertisers need: A community based destination which offers high quality entertainment and education and maximizes return potential on all advertising dollars. With the recent addition of management and marketing team Daron "SEGuru" and Brandy Babin of Absolute Marketing, Inc. to The Adult Webmaster Radio family, the birth of YNOT Radio and launch of http://www.ynotradio.com is now official and dominating the Internet airwaves! YNOT Radio is a 24/7 radio network with top notch programming already growing in leaps and bounds.

The Internet radio marketplace has proven to be a viable place to do business, and YNOT Radio is the perfect destination to spend time with friends, break the monotony of the daily grind, garner important information to stay ahead of the ever-changing Internet landscape and forge new business relationships. With several adult Internet radio networks currently online and more planned to launch in 2004, The YNOT Radio Network is poised to be the largest and most successful.

"For years, YNOTMasters.com has been the premiere resource site for the adult Webmaster marketplace. We have a solid reputation for being honest and delivering what we promise. After our wildly successful launch of TAW Radio last year we felt that the marriage between our company and Absolute Marketing was an excellent fit when the time came to develop YNOT Radio. Daron spent twelve years in broadcast production, including his tenure at NBC and Brandy worked at Clear Channel Communications and was also the Director of Public Relations for two of the largest independent advertising agencies in the U.S. Daron and Brandy have bridged the gap between adult and mainstream listeners, and have proven that they can stay ahead of the competition. The combined skills of everyone at YNOT Radio will now, without doubt, put out the best that Internet radio has to offer," states "YNOT Bob" Rice, President of YNOT Network, LP.

Daron "SEGuru" Babin adds, "Brandy and I originally approached YNOT because we have great respect for them and felt the current show line-up on their network was by far the best the industry has to offer. All of their sponsors are seeing a strong return on their advertising campaigns, and the fan base surrounding its programming and on-air personalities is second to none. Now, with the addition of the 24/7 format, professional marketing team, addition of professionally written and produced commericials and brand new campaign-styled advertising packages, now, more than ever is the perfect time for companies unfamiliar with the format of a successful Internet radio network to get on board and reach out to all kinds of potential customers in new and exciting ways and get the best bang for their buck. YNOT Radio is now THE destination for Internet radio."

Kicking off today's launch in style on the YNOT Bob Humpday Lunch Radio Show at a special earlier 11:00 a.m. (PT) / 2:00 p.m. (ET) airing this week, is an all-star line-up including the one and only Don King, outspoken adult legend Nina Hartley, as well as a few surprise guests who are sure to blow you away! Tune in, listen live and get into the chat at http://www.ynotradio.com

TOO MUCH HYPE!

Porn Internet Radio has been around for many years.

What are you doing that is better than the Luke Ford/JimmyD/Lee Noga Radio Show? Now that was radio at its best. They had hosts with great personalities, and they had all the top guests. They never banned anybody in their chatrooms. They archived all the shows and the chatroom transcripts.

Until YNOT can do all of the above, I will stand by my comment...TOO MUCH HYPE!

It takes more than good guests and good hosts to make a show a success. You need excitement. You need chemistry. You need hosts who seem to enjoy what they are doing. LAJ, you have worked through too many shows in the past as though you wanted to be somewhere else.

Today, you were still trying to find your guests. If guests are that damn unprofessional that they can't be there at a scheduled time, they should be dumped from any future shows. Another thing...you announced that Don King was going to be a guest, and then you teased everyone by announcing that mystery guests were coming. Who needs this bullshit. Annouince the guests! This reminds me of the Network TV Stations who announce that Britney Spears is coming. Every ten minutes they tell you that Britney Spears is next. They wait until the last few minutes and finally present one minute of Britney. (I have never watched Don King on any show. Who cares???)

SEGuru, what new shows have you brought to the YNOT Network? I haven't seen or heard any. Please inform us.

Isn't your show the only new one? I seem to remember your show being part of the lineup before you took over. So, are there any new ones?

I wish all the webmasters good luck, but eliminate the bullshit unless you can back it up.:thumbsup

Best of luck with your new launch, sounds really good and I know you're all putting lot's of hard work and time into this.

Microchick, I feel so forgotten! No love... :(

LAJ 05-12-2004 05:02 PM

Hey Darren... send me your Players Ball description already bro so I can give it some love! I need it to update on the Cybernet site...

ICQ it to me if that works for ya... 92418228

And thanks again for all of your support folks!

SleazyDream 05-12-2004 05:02 PM

sorry i missed the show - just got online - was doing errands all day.

Muffin 05-12-2004 06:36 PM

What a great day! Please don't forget to tune in tomorrow at 2pm EST with our new show, Fusion with Cyndalie and Brian!

We are launching new shows on a regular basis! If there are any topics you would like to see covered and anyone out there who wants their voice heard on a weekly basis......please let us know.....this network if for you and by you!

and again, thank you to everyone who came and joined in the beginning of the festivities!

MicroChick 05-12-2004 07:15 PM

D$, I have always liked your shows. Where are you? Every time I tune in, nobody is there. KB drifted away from radio, too. At least you & KB will be in San Diego. You and KB had Acacia interviews, Gary Kremen, and a no-show Serge. Daddy Blatt was always entertaining. Can YNOT do it better? Time will tell.

Some of your best shows took place when you had no guests. Not every webmaster can handle that loose kind of atmosphere. The only thing that bugged me about some of your shows was when Dokk was out of control and more or less took over, like SEGuru is doing now. Guru, stand back. Let the hosts do their thing. Aren't managers and producers supposed to stay in the background?????? The good ones give the radio hosts the freedom to take charge of their shows without a lot of backseat direction.

One of the best radio shows took place right before Pattyecake had her surgery. JaYMan, Aly, Pattyecake, Lee Noga! It was spontaneous and really good, just like AlyTV. There are some good shows. They just aren't banging drums like YNOT.

MicroChick 05-12-2004 07:17 PM

Muffin, is Fusion your only NEW show? What are the others? No, I'm not trying to cause trouble, but I'm curious as to what NEW shows you have. It's not easy finding new *stars* to do radio shows. Some hosts just aren't radio material. Go for quality, Miss Muffin.

Muffin 05-12-2004 08:15 PM

MicroChick, we are trying to put out the best internet radio possible. It is our goal to give webmasters cool and entertaining shows and then shows which focus on various aspects of business. Both of these hand in hand, done properly, should prove to be a great outlet.

Please, please, please.......always give me feedback and ideas. You seem like a woman who knows what she wants and what she likes. Hit me up on icq or email me at Brandy @ Ynotradio. com Hey the only way to give people what they want is to keep in contact and communicate.

I am also the co-host for RainMaker. On this show we try to bring on guests who represent various business segments, people whom we consider to be RainMakers, the best of the best of their business segment. The concept behind the show is two fold 1) People tend to focus on one area of their business, they are sales oriented, technology oriented, etc, but not always as well rounded as they could be and 2) to hear success stories from people who are in the same business or a different business is inspirational and also allows you to see various business models and perhaps a listener has the ability to adopt something which works for another marketplace and incorporate it into their work place. So far, we have had a good response.

We will announce the shows as we launch them.......sorry for the mystery, but that won't be for long! It is not intended that way.

We are working really hard here. I am glad that you have found shows that you have enjoyed in the past. Hopefully, you will find shows here that make you feel the same way!

SEGuru 05-12-2004 09:10 PM

Well Confucy....

You can pout and whine about the present...while living in the past all you want. We, however, will not.

I know you don't like that I control your mouth in our chat room.
You'll get over it if you want to come and participate. We've had this discussion. The sand box is for everyone, kick up sand in our box...and you'll get booted everytime.

Our focus is new and productive programming. That is my job and my focus on behalf of YNOTRadio. As Brandy stated, we'll announce as these shows come online.

As rough as it may seem to NOT be in the know...believe it or not...methinks that you will not only like what we're building...but you will luv it as well.

What makes me so confident....well...just some of what you said you liked in the past. I have a few surprises in the programming hat that is certain to get webmasters attention...even yours!

As for me letting hosts do their thing...I do. From a management perspective, we're not here to tell hosts what they can and cannot do or say unless it places YNOTRadio into a position of legal liability as with any broadcast entity.

As for taking a backseat to these hosts...excluding the fact that I am one myself...I do take a backseat. My only involvement of late is assisting in booking some serious names for guests.

Since our interview of the head of Yahoo Search...he now logs into the ynotradio chat room regularly. We find this to be advantageous to the webmaster community. Is that hype?

YNOT is not about hype and never has been. Bob says he's getting Siegfried or William Hung on the air...we said we'd get Don King...was that Hype?

I think not....we've delivered and we will continue to do so.

So please...as Brandy says...let us know what you do want...and we'll deliver it as long as it makes sense to the station and community as a whole.

If you hate it so much...you don't have to listen. Its as simple as that.

You've heard what was coming, and now we're delivering!
Wouldn't you prefer to be positive about growing something again that we all used to so thoroughly enjoy?

Get with the program girl!

:thumbsup
