if you disable that function, none of the sigs will be seen by you, and board will load faster.

I want to keep the sigs. 99% of sigs are loading fine.

Here's a hint. If you have a firewall, block stats.ars4real.com. I have that blocked as well as all of the domains that serve those noisy flash banners.
