Public apology and explanation.

I was living in Halifax, Nova Scotia and just moved to Wolfville, NS. I got here on May 3rd and I had it setup to have my ISP (Eastlink) install my internet service on May 4th. So I waited and they didn't show up, I got to a pay phone and called them (Because I don't have a phone in my apartment yet because the phone company Aliant is currently on strike, which is also why I couldn't get dialup to get online, just my luck.) and asked why they didn't show and they told me basically that the address I gave them didn't exist, after bitching and talking to 3 different people at Eastlink, finally one of them found my apartment and told me they did show up, but had the wrong apartment number. I scheduled for them to come again and the earliest they would come was May 12th (Today).

The reason I'm writing this thread is I lost a lot of money and respect from a lot of my design clients. I'd like to work things out with all of them if possible and offer my full apologizes. I meant no harm and I hate taking the wrap for a bunch of dumbasses at Eastlink and Aliant, but I am.

I am online now and you can reach me on icq (127893368) and by email here. If I don't get around to you right away, then I will shortly, I have a lot of messes to clean up.

Ahh Midget honey I know how that shit works! Good thing you're stand-up enough to come out and say what happened... Hopefully your design customers will realize that you weren't flaking, sounds like 99.9% of that shit was completely out of your hands. Glad to have you back, I missed you!

I know how things go bad when your a designer bro. Sorry that happend to you. I nearly went to prison over a client that I didnt do anything to. I hated being in that biz.

good luck man...shit happens beyond our control sometimes. And if people can't accept that based upon their past experiences with you, then you're better off without them.
