Need help, what is wrong with my site?!?
 

I started up a site for my buddies girlfriend @ http://www.leslieshore.com (same girl in the sig) and the thing is just not selling.

I don't know what to do with it anymore. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Site doesnt look too bad. Might wana make some larger preview images.. kind of hard to see.

What kind of traffic are you pushing to it?

The only thing i have done to promote it is put galleries out on TGPs, linked it on all my sites (which get fairly decent traffic).

I am at a loss right now. I can't think of what else to do but I know it can sell...

The girl is cute no doubt. I think maybe the problem lies in the presentation. While the page layout and color scheme are nice in their own right, nothing really jumps out and says "Hey sign up now you are missing out." Maybe mess around with how the page itself is layed out. Remember you are trying to excite the user into buying what is behind door #1 so you may want to think about making it a bit less "nice". Go with some more risque pics and colors on a whole.

I have done a bunch of work for single girl sites and one thing I would recommed is getting listed on cam portals like http://www.camtracks.com . You need to make guys interested in her. Make it more personal so they feel like they want to get to know the girl better. That's what sells these sites. She can even do a public blog, post some softcore shots regularly...maybe even some softcore grabs from live cam shows so they can see what they'll get if they join. The site seems pretty hahahahahaha cutter right now. Make it a little more personal and I think you'll have a winner.

Just my input.....and many may disagree, but I've found single girl sites do best with a definate tour.
On that site now, you are on the main page and then you just look around and nowhere really to go and get enticed more.....nothing popping and making them want to see more......or even hit the join page

several of your pages (panties, bio) are dead ends. No place to click, no place to join.

Also did not see any video enticement.

As has been said, I'd make the images on the main page larger to tease the surfer more and also a blog.

It might just be my monitor though the pics look a little dark as well.

Once you click Join the club, you need to scroll down at least 2 pages to get to the payment options, if you make it so they don't need to go looking it'd probably be better :)

On the signup page the screenshot of the members section looks basically exactly what I'm looking at (the signup page).

I'd try to change the structure of the homepage to be multiple pages so they can see some of the freebies on one page, desktops on another etc. If you also show thumbnails of some other pics from the series it might help to drag them into the join page... you should probably link them to the join page as well.

Totally! If I were surfing around the net looking for a nice bit of tit and ass, What is in your site to stop me looking elsewhere.
Need a tour page in there somewhere, maybe some promos about 'great new stuff' in the members area.
You got to make people feel like they need to join, and at the moment you have nothing that says "JOIN ME"!
