Which SHIFT key do you mostly use?
 

I use:
right one
with pinky

Left shift, pinky finger. The right pinky is busy with the delete key and enter. :)

Whichever one is opposite of the hand hosting the finger that requires the shift, as taught by my typing teacher in 10th grade.
