Reason I'm asking is I'm fucking 30 years old, haven't had a zit in 15 years, and woke up today with one on my nose.

I get this little annoying recurring one that comes back every 6 months or so right on the tip of my nose...

as a teen, I never had a problem with zits, acne, etc.

yeah but we all know thats just from going through puberty

Yeah the one on the tip of the nose happens to everybody. They hurt like fuck too.

wash your face with water once a day...soap can really help too.
