Does anyone have the russian video?

Everyone is talking about this damn russian video, what is it and where can I see it? When was it in the news? I dont even remember hearing about it.... Is it the daniel pearl video? or is it a different one?

It's a different one than the Daniel Pearl video. By far the most gruesome of the bunch I've seen so far. Sorry, don't have a link.
