sears does it i think, most travel agencies will do it as well, they dont have phonebooks in NY? :winkwink:

I have never had to have a passport. Seems like they would make it easy on you and let you use the pic on your license or something or a wallet size.

you can have the pics taken, fill out a formand send it in. I think you may have to have the photo be from a certified affiliate
