hey tala, can webmasters get paid per signup?

It's not per signup. It's per upsell. Your members/surfers will see a list of hotties who are on cam and when they click on the girl, they can chat with her while on cam. Should they decide to pay for private viewing, you earn 25%. It's that easy. :)
