2 cubes of sugar and a splash of milk please.

Got any darjeeling? first flush preferably.

When I'm out of biscuits, I make a cheap ghetto version....

I take white sandwich bread and cut off the crusts.
Then I smush it into small balls.
I dip the balls into cream or sweetened condensed milk.
Then I bake them in the oven for 10 min.
I then brush on a mixture of egg whites beaten with sugar and put them back in for like 5 min.

Then I serve them with gooseberry or lingonberry preserves.
