Has to do with being scammed. Thanks |
Everyone on GFY is a lawyer, and a doctor and a military expert. Ask away.

Ok, well I dont really need bullshit answers cause i know how we all are here :1orglaugh
The short and sweet version: "I" sent $14k to someone for a truck via bank wire transfer. The person turns out to be fraud. I ask for a reversal of wire from receipient bank, accompanied with letter from "my" lawyer demanding funds back because it was fraud etc. The scammer denies the claim on the form and reversal is denied. What are "my" legal options at this point? What can "my" lawyer do? |

I am actually preparing for Law University and I kind of know how to do this, but I wish to help you Magg, the problem is..., I live in Europe and the law here is completely different so it won't be helpful at all, you should find somebody who is from California like you are....
sorry, but really wish to help you..., hope that somebody will be so nice and give you some advice:winkwink: |

all you need is his address... give it to me, and for a fee i will get ur money to you in less than 48 hrs.
i will beat it out of him |
All you can really do at this point is sue him:2 cents:
|
Also, serve notice on his bank that the funds are in dispute, and they must not release them.
If they fail to hold the funds, you will go after them to collect your judgement if necessary. :rasta |

I don't know for sure by any means .. But I would guess:
You can call the FBI. Wire Fraud is a federal offense. From there i'd guess civil lawsuit. |
Robert Shapiro is a lawyer...
|
I am a fully qualified backyard lawyer.
And a damn good one at that. My advice? A fool and his money are easily parted :thumbsup |
