Closing date on house this friday..
 

I am worried we won't make it on that date cause the lawyer is being a lazy dickwad. So far he swore up and down we were buying a douplex and wouldn't believe us we were buying a bungalo all becuase he got the wrong damn deed file in our folder. Then the mortgage officer has to call me to ask if we signed the purchase and sales agreement. Ends up calling the lawyer himself to get the docs. Then seller's lawyer hears no hide nor tail from our lawyer, had to go across street to get docs himself.


Not a good sign... and we are paying $900 for his so called 'services'
