What kind of time management and/or tasking software do you use?

Besides post-its and Outlook. What else do some of you use to keep up with the daily and long-term demands of your business? I'm finding it difficult to stick with one system and need some suggestions.

Thanks!

BTW, I'm not talking about messaging, but things like the Franklin Planner or a handheld PIM that has a desktop application.

I looked at IPAQs a couplr of years ago but didn't like the software it came with. What is the new PIM it uses and is it worth a shit?

I actually use legal pads (the white ones because the yellow ones don't scan/copy well) all the time. Problem is, I can go through one a week on a good week. I'm looking for a better way to be organized with my daily work-life and also be able to better classify all the stuff I w.r.i.t.e. down on the legal pads.

A friend of mine recently launched his software which he has been working on for the last few years, it's pretty good ;)

I've got legal pads in the office and at home but I'm mobile frequently
and they are just too big to carry around. I use a binded double thick
notepad (margined and lined) and find those very handy. Once a week
I'll copy the important stuff over to the legal pads.

I use to use a PDA but I realized I can get data in and out a lot
faster with a pen and paper than with a stylist and a menu.
