no... actually i didn't bother taking the time to read them. Why, are full banner sigs not allowed? I see lots of other people with them...

Only paying ad sponsors/ partners for gfy get to use banners.

I don't post much, but once a year or so I take a minute or two to read the rules. What the hell? I got a few minutes.

Haven't read them in awhile, but I'd guess you can have a 468*80 banner as long as the program is buying ad space. If not, use a button or text links. Just guessing. I'd re-read the rules to be sure.
