presents are whatever... but spending the day with her and having conversations about your/her childhood you can't get that anywhere else.

Yeah I just got back from spending 4 hrs or so with my mom. Took her to her favorite restaurant for a late lunch.

To be honest, I forgot all about M-Day even though people keep posting "Don't forget!" but I was reminded when my brother called me to have me give her a call. It was a close call .

My mom went for lunch with my grandmother. I was thinking about going, but I remember that the Calgary vs San Jose hockey game was on. I cant miss game 1!
I'll spend time with her later.

I paid for my moms brakes on her car. :1orglaugh

...And got her crabs, shrimp and beer for her and her boyfriend.

I think flowers and some nice words are the best thing that she can get
