vbulletin was the best out there they version 3 kinda ruins it for me i will not be paying the yearly fee this yr to keep upto date cause i ran the 3.0 on a test server and had to many probs you must want a real special design considering you can find templates all over then edit them to your liking

i use phpbb and i love it
