Russian Submitter Down Or What?
 

I been trying to get to the Russian Submitter for the last day and a half. It comes up with server can't be found message. I don't know if it is my connection or if there site is actually down. If some one could try the site and let me know if it is a DNS problem on my end. We are in Florida.
