transfer w/i the system or push... enom, doster, registerfly

transfer out is another matter.

Overall price and a good service, I go w/ Godaddy.

escrow service, use sedo ppc or fabulous

or go w/ escrow.com

Registerfly are crooks!
Stay away from them or be burned.
If you are transferring names from another person its best to use escrow unless you trust the other person.
Otherwise namecheap.com are very good as well as www.mydomain.com
These guys do all the work for you.
