It's not really that hard to get... You can even get it at a pharmacy at Sav-on I believe. Planned parenthood also. You have like 2 days to get it or something.

If you go to a licensed pharmacy, they can sell it to you without prescription or visit to doctor or clinic.

Otherwise, yes you do need a prescription
