ICQ: how many of you do this?
 

Check it once a day and answer messages...or do you keep it on all day?

I think from now on I am only gonna check it once a day after I am done with stuff.

the one time in like a month I shut it down someone stole my number. Lesson learned..keep it open.

Mine is on most of the day but sometimes Im invisible

i leave it off and check it at the end of the day and in the morning

I check it when I wake up and when I go to sleep.

I switch it off when I leave the office and turn it on ever morning when i arrive.

All day ICQ, AOL, MSN and Yahoo...

I need to be available for our Curious Cash affiliates.

I have two ICQ accounts, I keep one online and the other I check a few times during the day

open 24/7

I turn it on and then off after answering ..or else I hear knocking all day

I always keep it on, just sometimes dont respond or im away from the computer.

I leave it on the whole day but stay invisible :)

You'd likely be more productive if you keep if off until you're done all the work you need to do. It's a bit of a motivator too.

Mostly i just check if there are new message for that day and i close it but sometimes i use it for chat

Mr.J, please icq back 122554569 as we wanna do some trading with ya! Already sent a few icq's, seems they got lost in the masses.

I try to always keep it open, but alot of the time I get wrapped up in something and forget its not open.

i check it once a week or two. fuck it. if i really wanted to talk to someone, they know how else to reach me. :)

Im with you Juicy, if I left it on all day I would never get any work done and I would be broke and homeless!

It's on - but if I am real busy, I dont answer. Not until I am done with what I was doing.

I dont answer my phone either. I dont like to answer my door, too.

as soon as i arrived here at the office, i turned it on and
used it 8hours a day! it does'nt make me feel bored, instead..it serves as an ice breaker from work burdens

I leave it on and I have AIM on my phone for 24/7 connection.

It doesn't distract me since I only talk on it when there is a business matter to discuss. Same with the phone. Chit chatting about bullshit ended in 8th grade.

ICQ is very useful. I have mine on whole day but mostly on invisible mode!

i`m online almost all day long:)

I actually prefer AIM to ICQ, but I use both.
I also have MSN IM running in the background usually too. Most contacts on AIM and MSN arent work related however....
