Quick and simple SE question
If a surfer searchs for ex. Very Hairy Nude Teen
does it make a difference if my domain is: veryhairynudeteen.com or hairynudeteenvery.com all of the same words are included but not in the same order does the order matter???? |
I think it matters, I might be wrong though.
|
you're doing it all wrong if you place that much importance on the domain. It does help, but very little.
|
yup, it matters
|
I know domain doesnt matter too much. But every little bit that helps is good.
|
The ordering matters but like MrPheer said, very little relevance is placed on the actual domain name.

You should separate keywords with dashes or there will be no difference in the word order - SE simply don't recognise different phrases written together.

Why not just test is for your self...search for:
go fuck your self fuck self go your |
the order is important... but there are many other factors that matter more than the domain name.

In Yahoo the domain name definetly matters quite a bit as does the order to a lesser extent.
|
searching for
go fuck yourself and yourself fuck go returns exactly same results in google and yahoo and lists no sites from above in Altavista |

Dashes and underlines work the same. I suggest you choose one and buy all your domains with either dashes or underlines. When you mix them up you will make typos in your coding. :thumbsup |
