What % of tgp surfers still on dialup
 

Anyone know the statistics on these. I want to make my galleries so it loads faily quick even for people on 56K modems.

EDIT: Board won;t take the link. Supposedly 2 in 5 use broadband - so that's about 60% for dialup

most are still dialup im sure... but the amount of usefull surfers (people with credit cards and money) on dialup is probably alot lower.

UGH that can't be true ... I know at least 100 ppl with the net in the reegion here and NONE of them are on dialeup

In your region yeah...you live in the city...

Half the countrys people dont...so they dont have broadband available.

I live in northern ontario and yeah we have broadband..but 15 mins outside of city its pure dial up...and lots of it

We are not talking about your techie friends dude. We are talking horny old 40 and 50 something year old men. I'm not saying the statistic is written in blood - just a guideline. I'd say it's about right.

If this was a question about my "friends" - I would have to say it is wrong too... but that's not the question :2 cents:

I'd say 75% of the signups come from broadband surfers.

lots of the signups now come on broadband, espiecally for the movie sites

I had someone join my site the other day then cancel because he was on dialup and couldn't download the videos fast enough. :BangBang:
