I just finished having a long chat with their instant support people and this is pretty much what they've told me

Reserves are now 10% on all transactions. This normally wouldnt be much of a problem BUT i'm using their "DirectCheck" method of accepting payments which states:

No NFS
No charge backs
No RESERVES

Not only are they holding reserves now BUT they're holding ALL FUNDS from all transactions which means you will NOT GET PAID one red cent for any sale until their "Banking issues" are resolved, which they couldnt even begin to guess at

To me this means that the bank is either still paying them and they're holding the cash for whatever reason OR the bank is not paying them and they're not paying US.

From the horror stories i heard of PSW and Globill this almost sounds identical to them...
