simple php-based poll software?
 

What are you using? I'd like something simple that can be included into a php page - not only stand-alone, know whut I mean?

I don't need branching of questions, etc - just a poll with either yes/no type answers and multiple choice. I'd like to include it with an I-frame sothe entire page doesn't refresh, etc..

any thoughts?
