we've tried email everyday for a week now. we've tried icq, someone is online, but they never answer.

do they have a phone number?
it's getting really frustrating...

I guess they don't want you?

If a sponsor ignores me they can shut the fuck up, plenty other sponsor around...

it's fine if they don't want us, but at least give us a reason. we are not able to login to our account since last week, and need to find out why.

Did you read their terms ?
There are some lazzy persons who don't inform why denying your account, thinking you will read the terms again and see what you did wrong.
