GFY Council Arbitration - Do Consumers Get Age Verification D.o.c.s?
 

Larry at ExactMedia is having a adult content sale.

When I asked if I could get a copy of the models age verification docs, he said he was the custodian and he didn't want to release the docs because someone might use them and material to sell the content.

On the other hand, cactuscontent.com gives copies of drivers licences with the material purchased. Only the real name and address are blacked out.

So... I want to ask the great GFY council... just want is the industry standard when it comes to providing assurance that models are indeed 18?

Do content providers give copies of docs or not?

Let's establish the industry norm once and for all.

My in-house council assures me that we are better off legally speaking if we don't have the verification docs. He tells me that it is safer to have a custodian doc.
