purpose of life:

life is the ONLY thing that you got
after life there is nothing left
all you have, and will ever have are those 100 or so years on this earth, so you make the most of it

for me, life is consisted of a balance between pleasing others and yourself, by always doing what appears to be right.
when you reach this perfect balance, you will be truly living and enjoying life, as it will be treating you well.

Right now, (yeah, my long term plans lol) I just want to earn a little cash to get a better computer, broadband, and enough food to eat. What a sad existence.

Really, I just want to have a little fun, try a few new things, and die content.

Edit. Not really but common, ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer. How is anyone supposed to know the meaning of their life. Of course nobody has one, if we did we certainly wouldn't be posting on a messageboard about it..

I think I can sum up my purpose by saying that it's to be a good person. People make mistakes but when you spread more good then bad, then I feel there was a purpose to a person's existance. Even a small compliment to a stranger, or a huge favor to a friend or just being there for your family. It's all about doing the right thing as often as you can. Everything else that happens is just the way the odds fall but your purpose has been a worthy one if it has been to bring good onto others.
