I dont post often - but this is way out of the ordinary ! !

heres the situation:

one of our staff logs in with his ID

and he comes into someone elses account - with ALL info of that person !

we called Ibill three times

they say its not important

and do NOTHING about it !!

we get ALL the info about this other person, bank and all the stuff ..


and they dont give a damn !!!!

so Ibill ...... wheres your security ?

or your care for customers ?

since our telephone calls dont get handled after 5 days .. guess you didnt care at all about giving out personal and banking info to strangers ?

or do you allow ANYONE to log in to other peoples revshare accounts and just dont care and dont react when we call three times to report it ?

so all

if we can log in to other peoples accounts

who know who else can see other people 's banking info, address , date of birth and the rest as well and doesnt report it ????


man - this sucks big time

of course we are all humans and make our mistakes

but a company like ibill should take their responsibility and take actions if anything like this is reported to them

and they just do nothing

I called the people we got the info from and warned them
most adult webmasters like ourselves

I think this is something everyone should know and be aware of.

Pretty sad that Ibill does not even care.


I hope this gets resolved quickly,since this is a damn reason to drop a processor.

IBill have had security leaks before. There was an issue a few months ago, posted on AWI, where a bunch of people got their revshare account hijacked by a known hitbotter/cheater. They never offered an explanation as to how that happened. If I were you, I'd be looking for a different processor ASAP.

Move to another processor. That is a bad sign... them not even caring to do anything about it. What that tells me is that they "might" be doing something big in the future.

we moved to them cause probilling fucked up way back, and we already had another account with them, so that was the fastest solution that day

who is reliable nowadays if it comes to processors ?

I only have iBill accounts as an affiliate, but have been complaining about this to them for well over a year now. I've sent screenshots as proof, I've called, and have been ignored.

Every time I login I get information on another webmaster. I've not yet been able to 'consolidate' my accounts.

For the past several months I simply refuse to sign up with any sponsors who ONLY pay via iBill.

They won't do a thing until someone posts another's personal and private information publicly, and is then sued for invasion of privacy.

I had a check bounce from them.
I called they said only 35 checks were messed up, to deposit it again. Guess what the check came back again!

The same thing happened to me with ccbill 3 weeks ago.. So dont think it is just related to I Bill.. Being the honest guy I am I called ccbill and the guy on the other end of phone was in shock and seemed somewhat embarrased. I had this dudes ftp/password files/his billing info and everything.
So dont single out I Bill. CCbill is just as guilty.

I think as a processor you have to look into something like that immediately !

seems ccbill does that, but Ibill just says nothings wrong

it seems to happen more then I was aware off
