I am sorry to say that it is the responsibility of the actor/actress to make sure that the person or persons' that they work with are current on their testing ....
I am not going to be some bandwagon freak and get moral all of the sudden cause someone has gotten AIDS... I think that before the government thinks about moving in on the adult Business in CA that California oughtah concentrate more on controlling HIV.
Clearly the industry in California regulates itself fairly well, whats really scary though is simple. One can only imagine how many new cases of HIV is are spred within 24Hr's on a friday night in California.

I am merely saying that if the government treated HIV like a Biological war attack there efforts would be better focused at tracking carrier's and the virus's distribution.

With that in mind, in all honesty I would have to say ya would be throwing the dice on it.
Sure some webmasters would buy it and try and make a stand no doubts there however long term once it is realised if infact the audience desires no condom then your project will go SOL.
