If you buy 100 tickets, you have a 100 in 23 million chance. Any way you look at it, it's not good. How else would you explain the odds?

it's not X in 23 million chance of winning (or whatever).. it's you have X 1 in 23 million chances of winning.

That's why if you buy half the tickets you DON'T have 50% odds of winning.
