I need to make a small payment via PayPal but I dont have PayPal because my country is not supported yet.
I only have Epassporte.

Im searching for a person that has PayPal and Epassporte.
I will Epassporte you the amount plus a "thank you" fee and then you will need to paypal the amount to the person I need to pay this small amount.
