Are they making so much cash that they don't care about support anymore? I send them 3 e-mails and no replay...

pdog is in mexico, something about picking up some blow or celebrating his birthday, i cant remember which.

I'm sure they really don't care about you, but they do answer support emails.

Sometimes emails just don't get there, or get caught up in spam filters.

Don't always take it personally if your emails go unanswered.

I'm sure one of them will see this and contact you.
