I need help with a font....PLEASE !!!
 

I had someone make my original PrivateIvy Logo 2 1/2 years ago and have been hunting for a while now to figure out what font it is so I can do some new graphics and tour tweaking. ( a photographer made it for me way back then and doesn't remember)

Any pros that can look at this and tell me what font it may be?

I've tried lots....closest thing a webmaster friend tried for me was
ITC Humana Serif Medium Italic , and I can't even find that font on any of the normal font sites I use.....

I have the orignal PSD , but it does me no good without the font.....Grrrrr

when you try to edit it in PS, it should say font "XYZ" is missing. that will give you the name, then i am sure we can find it for you

if you have the original PSD, shouldn't it try to load that missing font, thus give you the name of it?

or email it right to me john @ buildporn DOT com and i will take care of it for you

In PS It just tells me font is missing...doesn't give me the name?

yup, i got it, it was rasterized, so it is not editable. let me see what i can find

well least I know I'm not a complete idiot :1orglaugh awesome......thanks very much for your help!!! I hope you can figure out what it is....I've been hunting through fonts for weeks and can't find anything similar at all :(

pretty sure it is 'Californian FB Italic' with effects applied to it

Make sure you've got my right ICQ #...it crashed a while back and wouldn't give me my orig # back, so I had to get a new one:(

I tried the one that's in your sig and had no luck with it.

Remove those dashes too so we can just copy and paste.

Well, dang! noone's ever had that proble...left the dashes in because that's how it is on my icq and my last number wasn't like that...but I'll take em out I guess
