SEGuru's support. 50 days without answer.
 

GRRR can't cancel our subscription to SEGuru.net. Our message has been waiting there for 50 days now with no answer from them and the Cancelation page does not work ( http://www.pswbilling.com/support/index.html )

I don't want to chargeback, any thoughts?

If he doesnt has the decency to offer support chargeback his ass.

That sucks. Maybe he discontinued the service.

SEGuru is NOT in the game of ripping webmasters off.

I'm sure there is a good explaination. Sometimes emails get
missed and he is a very busy person.

As for charging back, if it wasn't a dead processor I'd avoid that
as you'll end up blacklisted by the 3rd party.

Have you tried icq'ing him? He seems to have no problem icq'ing people weekly to listen to his radio show.

I'm sure that you are all aware of what has been going on with SEGURU and his wife.....with the house getting ruined and having to move to Florida, and trying to get everything straightened out. He is definitely NOT trying to rip ANYBODY off, and I will alert him to this thread.

As to being a joke.....I don't know about his site, but he is the most knowledgable SEO around, and he works with some huge clients. When he speaks at SES conferences, the whole place comes to a stop to listen to him. He is NO JOKE.

He knows about your thread by now. Just charge it back, he obviously doesn't care to respond and it doesn't matter to him. He may not have even seen the money.

My mainstream biz i go head over heals for my customers . If there is a issue I am on top it within minutes.

I go out of my way to make sure the service is top notch and that the product is of high quality.

Cause of this i have build a repeat wholesale customer list whom put in order after order cause i come through......

this is old news..i remember when SEGuru got everyone banned because of his spiderfood deal back in 2000. Anyone selling any SE advice or services in adult is 99% con artist.
I'm sorry Rex got taken by this guy. Rex is the friggin' king and only a few folks know it.

I warned people here about SEguru and his services 6 months ago.He seems a nice enough guy but what conmen doesn't.
The man is no guru and wasn't even knowledgeable about the subject he built his business on.Expired domains.

I don't like charging back with someone from the industry no matter how bad (or non existant) the service has been. I'll contact him by email monday and I'm sure we'll get this resolved the easy way :)
