Do you ever eat your cereal with anything besides milk
 

Even chocolate milk might be considered unconventional. But do you ever eat it with some other liquid, like beer, water, vodka, syrup, etc.?

this thread reminded me of some made-for-TV movie from the 80's about these 3 abandoned kids and the old (minor) brother had to take care of his younger brother and sister.. and they all get split up by child protection services or something.

.... one day they made cereal but they didn't have milk so he filled the milk carton up with water & his sister and brother were complaining.

I remember being a little kid seeing that scene and thinking "WTF?! water on cereal? Damn they are on the ropes!"

I was once out of milk, so I tried coffee. It didn't work to well :(

On a pretty off topic subject, once I ate oatmeal right out of the package, then I figured it would taste better with milk, so I ate dry oatmeal and milk, it was pretty fucking gross. It's amazing what a little hot water can do.

I once tried Rice Krispies and pepsi
It tasted gross.

Sugar cereal tears up your mouth no matter what you put on it.

They have yogurt that comes with cereal topings.. Like oats and shit..

I mix it with yogurt. eating it like that right now

Corn Flakes and Orange Juice was eaten regularly in my house as I was growing up.

milk is the only way to go :)

Does it matter what kind of orange juice it is? You know, pulp or no pulp, 100% fresh squeezed versus Sunny Delight?

granola with apple juice, yogurt and fresh fruit..:thumbsup

soy milk usually... it gives it a sweet taste.
i have used water before when i was out of milk...
that was ok... did the treat
